You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can also pay through bank transfer, in this case please contact us.
Every piece is carefully packed in a white box with our logo stamped on top of the lid. The box is protected in the inner side.
BEATRIZ PALACIOS ships worldwide from our office in Madrid, Spain.
Unless otherwise noted, we dispatch and ship out within 2-6 business days and reception of full payment. Parcels sent within Spain will arrive between 3 and 5 labour days. International destinations will take between 7 and 15 labour days depending on your location or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays on arrival times.
Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.

Refunds and Exchanges
I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please inform us by email within a deadline of 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

In cases we accept exchanges, you should return the item in the exact same condition in which they were sent, unmarked, unworn within 10 days from the day you received it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage with a tracking number is to be paid by the customer.
Sale items are non-refundable.
We will only be able to process your return if you email us the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to us.
We will try to process returns promptly. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
